Deceptive photo on website. The quality is good but all of the charms clump together as there are no spacers between them. Can it be made smaller or larger? Who knows? No instructions. Shipping took six weeks! How can I give this as a gift when all the charms clump together.? Very disappointing item. Would not recommend at all. To top it all off, the website says they are now on vacation until November . Great customer service!
