The first time I bought this the chain quality was very weak, it broke, and the clasp on the charms were very loose and my partner lost his charms. Because of this I ordered the item again and this time the clasp on the charms is much sturdier and the chain seems to be stronger too. The charms are gorgeous! We get compliments on our necklaces all the time.

I love the couple's anatomical heart pendants. They look nice and they don't feel "cheap" or flimsy. The chains are good and the clasp is manageable. However, the ring with necklace's initial did widen enough that the initial fell off, which was disappointing, and I'd advise watching it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and I would recommend.
