This owner is very rude. Ive been waiting for my order for way too long and has provided no help besides the same response over n over. Please don't expect good customer service. This is whag they said to me- "Hello, for the umpteenth time I keep telling you that as written in all our announcements, the times from Italy to the United States range from 12 to 25 working days (I am attaching an image of the one written in the announcements) I repeat that more I cannot do anything else to provide you with the timing and receipt of the shipment, the customs and shipping times once the package has been transferred to the post office no longer depends on us. This is the last time we get back to you because I can't always repeat the same things. "
